Freedom of Information Act Compliance
As a state institution, the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith complies with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, which gives Arkansans access to governmental public records and public meetings,
with limited exceptions.
The Office of 通信 is responsible for receiving and responding to FOIA requests. Requests may be submitted in person, by phone, fax, mail, or email, although a written request is advisable. If you are a citizen of Arkansas and wish to submit a FOIA request, please submit your request to UAFS Custodian of Records, Rachel Putman.
